Worst customer service I've ever received from Michelle who is the supervisor for customer service (from what she told me). Had called her immediately the next day due to a wax job that was not fully done, and wanted to give a chance to Paul Mitchell school to correct it.

Had taken pictures of the wax job as well (with the time stamped on the pictures) and emailed it to Michelle as she requested. I don't get a call from her until a couple days later, where I had left the country for work, in which I had stated in my message to her before leaving in taking care of the issue before I leave. I get back into the country and was told she won't do anything. Funny enough she hangs up the phone on me.

Was super surprised she was the supervisor of customer service at Paul Mitchell. Had asked for her supervisor in which she said, she was the one.

It's funny since I had also emailed her, she never got back to me, and I had to call twice in even reaching her in different weeks.
